Order picker of fresh produce (AGF)

Your new employer is an established family business specialising in packaging fruit and vegetables. The company imports and exports many different kinds of fruit and vegetables and works with a passion for the business. With its team of about 120 employees, the company is continuously on the lookout for solutions and improvements. Collaboration is central to this family business and they are always there for each other within the team. You will be working for the location in the Westland region.

This is what your working day looks like:

• Monday to Friday, starting at 8:00 AM.
• Mondays and Fridays are the busier days, often working until 6:00 PM. The rest of the week, usually until 4:00 PM.
• As a fruit and vegetable order picker, you collect all orders.
• You put the products on pallets ready for shipment.
• You transport the orders with an electric pump truck (EPT).
• You and the team ensure that everything is ready on time.

What we offer:

• You will receive your salary each Friday.
• A starting salary of €12.90 gross per hour.
• You will receive 8.33% holiday allowance and allowances for overtime or night shifts.
• As the driver of a company car, you receive a bonus of €5 extra per day.
• Transport to work from The Hague is reimbursed by your employer.
• Are you from the Westland area? Then a bicycle can be facilitated.
• Group health insurance.
• The possibility for commercial premises with SNF certificate (if places are available).
• Your new employer offers support from a job coach in Polish, Dutch and English.
• Good training program by an experienced fruit and vegetable order picker.

This is what we are looking for:

• You have a full working knowledge of the English or Dutch language.
• As an order picker for fruit and vegetables, you carry out the work carefully.
• Living in the Westland, Maassluis or The Hague region.
• You are good with mental calculations.
• You have a great motivation to succeed.
• Do you have your own form of transport? Then you have an advantage!
